💼 Job Summary

The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to demoing the product and closing deals. This role is essential in helping small and mid-sized operators adopt Beyonk’s platform, helping them grow revenue and streamline operations. A successful AE will have experience in SaaS or tech sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for the travel and experiences industry.

📋 Account Executive Responsibilities

Lead Generation Identify potential business leads through inbound interest, outbound outreach, and referrals.
Prospect Engagement Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups with decision-makers across tourism, events, and adventure companies.
Product Demonstration Deliver personalized, online product demos using Zoom/Meet, addressing customer pain points.
Sales Pipeline Management Manage leads in CRM (HubSpot), log interactions, and update deal status accurately.
Proposal & Closing Create proposals, send pricing quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals independently.
Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless handoff.
Performance Analysis Track key metrics (conversion, velocity, revenue per rep) and optimize the approach using insights.
Feedback Loop Share customer insights with product/engineering teams to improve the offering.s

✅ Required Qualifications

Criteria Details
Education Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, with proven sales track record
Experience 2–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in SMB / Mid-Market environments

💰 Compensation & Benefits
