π©Ί Key Responsibilities of Staff Nurses

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapies, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs.

Execute doctorβs orders, assist during rounds, and maintain high patient hygiene and safety standards.

Prepare and manage patient documentation by hospital EMR systems.

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, medication storage, and disposal guidelines.

Educate patients and attendants regarding post-treatment care, hygiene, and medication adherence.

Monitor emergency cases, support CPR/Code Blue situations, and coordinate with ICU/ER teams.

Act as a bridge between patients, consultants, and administration in terms of care coordination.

Assist in admission, discharge, referrals, and provide emotional support to patients.

Educational Qualifications:

BSc Nursing (4 years) from PNC-recognized institutes

Post RN BScN for diploma holders with PNC equivalency

Specialized training/diploma in ICU, ER, Dialysis, or OT nursing (if applicable)
Required Licensure:
