Branch Services Officer (BSO)

• Handle cash transactions efficiently

• Process deposits, withdrawals & utility bills

• Ensure error-free customer transactions

• Maintain branch cash limits and reconciliation

Relationship Officer (RO)

• Pitch SME or consumer products to new clients

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Process applications and maintain documentation

• Meet monthly sales & performance targets

CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

• Manage HNW (High-Net-Worth) individual accounts

• Upsell investment & deposit products

• Offer personalized customer service

Credit Analyst

Academic Requirements

• Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university
